Il faut toujours se féliciter des initiatives donnant à la scéne alternative une fenêtre plus grande (euh c’est aussi de l’autosatisafction de notre part….Excusez-nous).
27 plages ce sont les plages du nord offertes par les éditions Pilotti, sans aucune bouée mais avec une bonne dose de patience à scrupter le sable avec un détecteur de talent avec un minimum d’humour (parfois pas drôle dans le cas se Sheetah et les Weissmüller ou involontaire avec le déjà connu Laurent Plessiet et son dérangement inquiétant).
De ce nord loin de Bachelet et du stade Bollaert on retiendra la tendre flûte, l’intriguante Ondomania ou encore les tristement belles Nos Star.
Pour la partie sautillante on passera par les impeccables Hofner Band Acount, les suiveurs grossiés mais chatoyants du Beta Band (les rats morts), les classiques pop rockeurs de the midges, les faiseurs de liaisons Death Or Glory. Puis ce sera la folie douce, le trente sixième degrés du Dylan municipal et les daltoniens Orange Zébre.
Et comme tout bon film, tout bon déroulement le meilleur sera pour la fin avec Krishna 59, groupe analphabéte localisant Dunkerque en Inde, K1K1 devenant un hymne alter mondialiste à vocation éthylique et festive. Une vraie compilation qui permettra certainement à pas mal de ces groupes de grossir leur auditoir, en tous les cas ici, 27 plages servira à cela.
Initiatives that give the alternative scene a wider window of opportunity are always to be applauded (er, that's also self-satisfaction on our part....Excuse us).
27 plages are the northern beaches offered by Pilotti Editions, without any buoys but with a good dose of patience to scour the sand with a talented detector with a minimum of humor (sometimes not funny in the case of Sheetah and the Weissmüllers or unintentional with the already known Laurent Plessiet and his disturbing disturbance).
From this north, far from Bachelet and the Bollaert stadium, we'll remember the tender flute, the intriguing Ondomania or the sadly beautiful Nos Star.
On the bouncy side, there's the impeccable Hofner Band Acount, the enlarged but shimmering followers of the Beta Band (the dead rats), the classic pop rockers of the midges, and the link-makers Death Or Glory. Then there's the mellow madness, the thirty-sixth-degree municipal Dylan and the color-blind Orange Zebra.
And like all good films, all good proceedings, the best comes at the end with Krishna 59, an illiterate band based in Dunkirk, India, K1K1 becoming an alter mundialist anthem with an ethylic and festive vocation. A true compilation that will certainly allow many of these bands to grow their audience, at least here, 27 tracks will serve that purpose.
