Une petite collection de travaux récents autour du papier.
Artiste / designer, Rick Myers (né en 1974 à Manchester) est connu pour son utilisation de matériaux ordinaires (notamment ses mobiles, ses imprimés et ses scultpures en papier).
Il s'est fait remarquer avec le projet Funnel Vision Portable Museum / footprintsinthesnow présenté à la Biennale de Liverpool en 2004 et à la British Architecture Week en 2005.
Il a réalisé les pochettes d'albums de groupes tels que Lamb, Doves et Lowgold.
Paper Poems “started as a collection of new work made using paper, and gradually became a poem made using debris from workings of the booklet. There's a visual index/poem towards back pages, and the contents are visible working components. It's also an homage to paper, and a much more practical way of making a portable museum than before.”
